CertainTeed roofing products all have a guaranteed SureStart™ 4 star coverage warranty. All of CertainTeed’s shingle products are covered by SureStart™ protection. Under this warranty feature, CertainTeed, at no charge, will pay to repair or replace, at its option, any shingles CertainTeed determines are defective during the SureStart™ period. For more information on SureStart™ click here. The SureStart™ 4 star warranty is transferable from the original property owner/consumer to the first subsequent owner for the first 12 years.
